Only 4 more days till I can start eating something solid! Had fun making potpie and enchilada/pinto bean layered casserole! Also made grape sauce for tomorrow’s zwieback/Peanut butter/and thickened grape juice, traditional Sabbath morning breakfast. Cornbread for supper too.
Hunger: not an issue
Exercise – on my feet all day again, would you believe cooking and cleaning for Sabbath!

Observations: Bok Choy, celery, tomato with just a bit of cilantro and green onion is a pretty good combo. I do about 3 cups of green juice and 2 cups of tomato and mix them.
